Working together for excellence in our regional care

Every day, our hospitals provide life-saving care to thousands of residents. This network of solidarity would not exist without you. At Home First unites four hospital foundations with a single goal: to invest locally to ensure modern, compassionate, and accessible care for everyone, right here at home.

Four foundations, one common goal

Our foundations each work for their own institution and community, while collaborating under the At Home First banner to amplify their impact.

Behind every donation, a life transformed

When the community comes together, the results are clear: new equipment, improved services, modernized units, and better support for patients.

Participating in the Foundation’s annual campaign has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me. Every donation, no matter how small, contributes to projects that improve not only the lives of our patients and their families, but also our own daily lives as a team. It is gratifying to see how our collective commitment can have such an impact, and I am proud to be part of this life-changing movement. Together, we are building a better environment for care and work, for today and for tomorrow.

Julien Losier

In the emergency room, every minute counts—and so does every action taken to protect our patients. The vital signs monitors we currently use require rigorous cleaning between every patient, multiple times a day. Despite our best efforts, the risk of contamination is always present. Adding new wall-mounted units for each observation room would make a real difference. They would significantly reduce handling, speed up our response times, and, most importantly, provide a safer environment for everyone. Supporting this project means contributing directly to the quality and safety of the care we provide to our community.

Ghislaine Landry

As a nurse at the Hôpital de l’Enfant-Jésus RHSJ† de Caraquet for several years, I see firsthand every day how state-of-the-art equipment can transform our patients' care journey. Thanks to the Foundation's support, we have access to essential resources that make our work more efficient while improving the quality of life for those we care for. I am proud to work in an institution where every act of generosity translates into better health for our community.

Dr. Marc Savoie

Every day, I see the direct impact of medical equipment on the quality of care we provide to our patients. In an operating room, every second and every detail counts. Having the best technology can make a complex procedure faster, safer, and less invasive for the patient. As a surgeon, my role is to ensure the best possible care, but I cannot do it alone. Behind every successful treatment, there is a community that supports its hospital, invests in its future, and enables healthcare professionals to save lives.

Today, we have a unique opportunity to acquire essential equipment that will improve care for everyone. Your donation will help make surgeries more precise, diagnoses faster, and treatments more effective. This is not just an investment in technology; it is an investment in the lives of the people here, in their well-being, and in their future. Because one day, it could be you, a family member, or a friend who needs urgent care. Let's make sure our hospital has everything it needs to provide the best possible care, right here at home!
